He Grunted!

Cayden grunted!!!

He probably picked the skill from Grandpa who usually snores when he sleeps. Cayden realised that his grunt brings joy and laughter and kept grunting the whole of last night.

Video's at home.... Oh man...

Medical Examinations....

As Cayden grows older, he has learnt to hold his milk bottle and lying on the bed with it before nap and bed time.
He went for another medical review yesterday and we are pleased to know that his progression has been fantastic and his overall development is in the 75th percentile! He also had a jab on his left thigh to help him build his immunity against children common (fatal) virus and diseases. I didn't ask if he cried after the jab but I didn't hear complains coming from Grandma, Grandpa and Mummy. I presumed Cayden took the jab quietly....
He spotted something interesting this morning on the bed he shares with mum. When mum woke up, she found Cayden mumbling to himself and trying on the eye shield. The eye shield was something to help lasik patients protect their eyes in their initial first days after surgery and for patients who has a tendancy to rub their eyes when they sleep. Mum belongs to the second category. Mum decided to let him try the shield on anyway! Haha!
Lasik requires the patient to wear shades to protect vision in their initial months after the surgery... Cayden does so too. He does seem to have superstar "aura" if you agree with me. Do you think he'll make it to Taiwan, Hong Kong or.. Hollywood??? :D

Updates for BILly

Here is a post specially dedicated for BILly who is currently in Dubai. He misses his son (AND wife I believe) terribly. Fresh from camera last evening...

Cayden with Mum (in her new top she grabbed from Isetan sale last night).

Cayden in his usual "gong-gong" look while trying to get someone's attention to help him switch on the CD player. Cayden was in abit of shock and in fear last evening when he heard a track in one of his favourite CD jumped. He started crying and patted his chest to tell us he hates to hear the scary song! *Awww*

Cayden in his ultra sleepy mode. He yawned several times but didn't want to lie down on the bed to sleep. By the time I left (which was around 10 pm), he was still crawling up and down the mattress.

A-not-so-fresh photo taken with Uncle Sam last Sunday... Each time we bring out the camera and request Cayden to smile, this is the million dollar smile he flashes each time!

More to come this evening I hope.... Been abit busy checking out the sale at Isetan lately... Hehe!

Bang Bang!

Cayden is a great pretender! I don't think we need to waste money to send him to any speech and drama class.

We've taught Cayden to lift his arm ups whenever we tried shooting him with our index finger. It appears that Cayden didn't quite agree that lifting your arms should be the only response.

In the past two weeks, we enjoyed playing with Cayden the bang bang game because he does play along. He'll arch his back and lift his head up in a attempt to fall on his back (onto the bed) with his eyes slightly rolled back. And as he fell on the bed, he let out some SOS frequencies "aaaah aaaah"!

I SWEAR THAT NO ONE AT HOME TAUGHT HIM THIS! Unfortunately no one believed that Cayden has this drama talent. I finally feel Aunty Luku's pain when I accused her of teaching Isabel the funny expressions and behaviours. Sorry Aunty Luku!

Cayden & Bat Women...

Aunty Wasabi and Mummy went through the lasik surgery on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. As such, for the next two months, Cayden won't be able to enjoy close contacts with the two of us unless we put on the eye shields. Knowing how inquisitive Cayden is, we supposed it might be difficult for Cayden not to pull these shields off our face if he gets close enough.

Cayden has been lovely for us to resist lately. I was totally surprised when I commented to Grandma and Mummy to slow down the dinner feeding as I was worried that Cayden had not finished chewing his food. Cayden actually stuck his tongue out and showed me he has no more food in his mouth!!! I experimented it several times and it was proven that Cayden understands my question and is able to respond to me.

Grandpa also tried asking if Cayden is full and Cayden gently pat his stomache to show he is very full!
