Visit to East Coast Park

Last Sunday, Cayden made his (first) visit to ECP! It was an educational trip as well. We kicked start the beautiful day with a visit to Edelweiss' playground nearest to Aunty Linda's block. Cayden went slightly hysterical when he saw the slide and the car models he could ride in. Then we proceeded strolled along the pavement and saw aeroplanes taking off from the airport. Cayden was "smittened" by the high aeroplane traffic volume. He couldn't stopped keeping a look out for more planes. :)
We proceeded to ECP in Uncle Sam's car in an attempt to pack some wanton noodles back from East Coast Lagoon. Unfortunately the stall was not opened that early at 9.30 am. We decided that we should all strolled along the beach, sipping soy bean drink while waiting for the stall to be opened. Just along the beach outside ECP Lagoon, we realised there were many sand castles! Cayden wasn't really that impressed because the sun was shinning brightly and the sunrays were alittle too glaring for him. Furthur, he saw more aeroplanes gliding past the horizon and was naturally attracted to the aeroplanes.
About slightly more than half an hour later, we decided to walk back to Lagoon to check out if the stall is open. On the way to the Lagoon, we took the opportunity to bring Cayden near nature. We saw an iguana! We showed him mimosa! Of course we taught Cayden to love family (through Kissing! hehe!)!
Unfortunately the wanton noodle stall hasn't opened by 10.15 am. We've decided to settle breakfast with something else. Cayden had a pack of chicken porridge, Aunty Linda had two rolls of popiah and Uncle Sam had a pack of black carrot cake. Here's what happen during the wait for all the food....
You would also expect Cayden to fall asleep while on the way back to Edelweiss.... He napped for an hour and woke up for lunch. Here's what sufficient rest, food and hygience does to a baby: SATISFACTION & SMILE!
